Are you ready to take your food photography to the next level?
In this workshop you will learn how to evoke emotion in your food photography. We'll walk through hands on examples of food styling where you will learn how to plan your shoots, manipulate natural light, master basic composition, the dos and don'ts of food props and how to curate your own collection.
This workshop will teach you what you need to know to up-level your food styling and improve your food photography to create drool-worthy photos people swoon over.
NOTE: No fancy camera or equipment is required. The instructor will be demonstrating with a DSLR, however almost all the course content can be applied no matter what you are shooting with (including an iPhone).

About your host, Laura Nockett
Laura Nockett is a freelance food photographer in the DC area. She fell in love with food photography and food styling running her food blog Sprinkles and Sea Salt. Through years of study and practice she has honed the craft and loves sharing her knowledge with others. She is passionate about the universal attraction of food photography and how it can be used to tell stories engage audiences.
