Often when dealing with conflict, it can feel like our options are either to grit our teeth and let it go or confront the issue and risk ruining relationships. This workshop offers a model and tools for a third way that is rooted in compassionate accountability and uses conflict as a productive opportunity to acknowledge our needs and strengthen our relationships.
During this highly interactive two-hour workshop we'll:
- Reflect on our conflict styles and how they shape the way we approach conflict in our lives
- Learn a communication method and steps that we can use when dealing with conflicts
- Practice utilizing these tools by workshopping real-life situations
Participants will also leave with an accessible and practical handout outlining how to use the tools covered.
