Bullet Journaling is for Everyone!

Google "bullet journaling" online and you'll find endless pages of beautifully lettered layouts, perfectly organized lists and enviable doodles. If you're a regular person who isn't a creative perfectionist, it can be overwhelming to even figure out how to get started.

"Bullet Journaling is for Everyone" is all about finding your own way towards a daily journaling practice, with less focus on perfection and more emphasis on using it as an iterative process to provide a regular chance to reflect. You'll learn how to take each month/week as an opportunity to try out a different perspective, make a new layout, improve yourself...just like life!

We'll talk about best practices, help you structure the journal that best fits your needs, and share templates and ideas....and have plenty of time for practicing and making your pages!

You'll walk away with traceable templates, a goody bag of pens, stickers and other fun items to spark your creativity, and a new circle of pals to help you along the way. Whether you’re a seasoned bullet journaler looking for fresh layouts, or a first-timer looking to add some aesthetically pleasing organization to your routine, this will be a fun way to start your Saturday.

Two ticket options:

Full package - I'll provide you with a new journal and a set of pens, along with a goody bag

Basic package - Bring your own journal! You'll also go home with a goody bag

Tickets: $25-40

About your host
Amee Patel is a lover of her home state of WV, and spends her time exploring the hidden gems of DC, getting outside, being creative, and finding ways to incorporate food into all of that. Her day job is as a researcher at Capital One, but her curiosity extends into all things people-focused - understanding what inspires and motivates us all and trying to create experiences that bring out the little joys in life.  She’s always loved creativity as a way to find balance and flow in this hectic life, and took up bullet journaling a few years ago to try to stay grounded and mindful while traveling for work.
