In this class you will learn about a special method of natural dyeing with flowers called Hapa Zome. Also known as flower pounding, hapa zome is a Japanese technique for naturally coloring and patterning cloth that has been practiced for centuries.

By pounding each flower into the cloth, a detailed textile print can be created using all natural materials.

Each participant will receive two tea towels and a plethora of flowers, provided by She Loves Me, to work with. All materials provided.
