About your hosts:
A California native & local grad student, Kimberly is the creator of Heart Space. You can probably find her pasting magazine pages into her journal at a local coffee shop or making a mess with watercolors at her kitchen table.
Emily has been reading tarot cards since a friend gave her a used tarot deck in high school. She became serious about the practice shortly after moving to D.C., when she shared an apartment with a young Parisienne who came from a long line of tarot readers. Emily quickly joined what was then called the D.C. Tarot Society, and several years later became a founding member of its successor organization, the Capital Tarot Society (CTS), where she has been Co-Facilitator for the past four years. Emily regularly presents and moderates discussions on a variety of tarot topics through CTS, has significant experience reading cards for one-on-one clients, at parties and group events, and is currently one of the volunteer readers at CTS's monthly free tarot reading program in Arlington. She also offers flat-fee readings online to clients world-wide under the name "Amelia Felix." Emily is currently in the process of creating her own photography-based tarot deck and companion book, which she hopes to publish by the end of 2018, and has a second deck in the works.
